The Americas Empowerment Institute (AEMPIN), recognizes that privacy is of utmost importance and we are committed to protecting the privacy of your information. This Privacy Policy details use of personal data collected through the AEMPIN’s website located at www.aempin.org and how we handle your personal information in connection with your use, and our operation.

A. Collection of Your Personal Information
You can generally browse parts of the Website without telling us who you are or revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. In certain sections of the Website, however, we may invite you to submit questions, participate in polls or surveys and request information to require you to register for training programs or events. If we deem it necessary, in our sole and absolute discretion, we may also ask and/or offers. Although we will collect and use any information that you supply to us on your own, we do not plan on doing anything immoral or illegal with this information; rather, we hope to use this information to meet your request and continually improve our service offerings and information database.

B. Collection of Your Financial Information
AEMPIN endeavors to protect the security of your payment information for programs you apply to and purchases and/or donations you make. No financial data is ever stored on this site at any time and all forms utilized to obtain payment information are permanently cleared upon your submission of the data. For the safety of our clients, AEMPIN does not process any online financial transactions. All credit card payments submitted to EMPIN are individually reviewed and processed through the accounting department.

C. Collection of Cookies Information
AEMPIN may collect information from you by using cookies. A cookie is a small file stored on user’s computer hard drive containing information about the user. The cookie helps us analyze web traffic and improve the site’s navigation. Cookies do not identify an individual user, however if you don’t want us to use cookies, simply disable them in your web browser.

D. Disclosure
We will not sell or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law. We may disclose your personal information to prevent an emergency, protect or enforce our rights, enforce our Terms of Use and/or to protect the safety of users on our Website.

E. AEMPIN Affiliates Policy
AEMPIN (Houston, TX) assumes no liability for information provided to any AEMPIN affiliate, as they are independent organizations.
F. How to Remove Your Contact Information From AEMPIN Database
Upon written request, AEMPIN will expunge any personal record from our database. Financial records will, however, be maintained in accordance with law. To request your personal information be expunged, please email us at training@aempin.org.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS YOU MUST MEET TO PARTICIPATE:
Application is hereby made pursuant to the terms and conditions in the Americas Empowerment Institute Announcement of Courses for admission of the named candidate to the seminar.
Acceptance by the Institute shall constitute a contract including the terms and conditions set forth in the Announcement of Courses, this Application, and the acceptance.

The candidate’s agency or firm will give no duties or assignments to perform during the seminar that would prevent the candidate from devoting full time and attention to the seminar.
Should the candidate be recalled for any reason, the Americas Empowerment Institute will retain the full tuition. Participants who attend two seminars in a calendar year will receive a 15% discount on the shorter course.
