Course Overview

The purpose of this course is to provide participants with improved understanding and increased skill levels relative to the duties and responsibilities applicable to excel in office management and executive level support of business operations. The course focuses on the review of advanced office procedures and administrative functions including managing workplace dynamics and workforce teams, ethical decision-making and critical thinking, handling sensitive records and financial data, business etiquette when interacting with senior management and clientele, and increased knowledge of business office applications and digital literacy skills.
