Overview
The Certified Utility Managerial Specialist Program was designed to enhance the knowledge, professionalism, industry standing and effectiveness of mid and senior level utility managers interested in improving their management communications, leadership skills and overall value to the public and communities they serve. The core competencies, knowledge gained and demonstrated understanding of the information, will prepare utility managers for success in all utility related industries as well as lead to increased confidence by the utility managers and the utility governing bodies.

Our goal is to provide a highly interactive and integrative professional development program by using knowledge management and global best practices.
