Welcome to the Americas Empowerment Institute (AEMPIN). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, learning programs, and all related services offered by AEMPIN, whether online or in-person. By enrolling in our programs, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

  • “Institute,” “AEMPIN,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Americas Empowerment Institute.
  • “User,” “student,” or “you” means any person accessing our website, enrolling in programs, or using our services.
  • “Services” include courses, training programs, certifications, and any related materials or support provided by AEMPIN.

By accessing or using any of AEMPIN’s services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such changes become effective once posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

Our training and certification programs are designed for professionals, institutions, and adult learners. You must be at least 18 years old to register, unless otherwise specified for certain programs. AEMPIN reserves the right to refuse enrollment or participation to any individual who fails to meet eligibility requirements.

4. Enrollment and Registration

  • All participants must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • Enrollment in programs may be subject to prerequisites or documentation as specified by AEMPIN or its partner institutions (such as Texas Southern University).
  • AEMPIN reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline or cancel enrollment if false or misleading information is provided.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Tuition, course, or certification fees must be paid in full before participation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely through approved vendors; AEMPIN does not store credit card details.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are subject to AEMPIN’s Refund and Cancellation Policy and may include administrative deductions.

6. Program Delivery and Certification

AEMPIN provides training and professional certification programs in partnership with accredited institutions, including Texas Southern University (TSU). Completion of courses and certifications is based on successful fulfillment of all academic and administrative requirements.

  • AEMPIN reserves the right to adjust schedules, modify curriculum, or substitute instructors when necessary.
  • Issuance of certificates is contingent upon full payment and successful course completion.
  • Programs may be delivered in-person, virtually, or in hybrid formats as communicated prior to course commencement.

7. Code of Conduct

Learners are expected to maintain professionalism, respect, and ethical behavior throughout the duration of any program. The Institute may take disciplinary action, including suspension or termination, against any participant who:

  • Engages in plagiarism, cheating, or academic dishonesty;
  • Harasses, discriminates against, or disrupts others;
  • Violates Institute rules, laws, or policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through AEMPIN’s programs—including course content, videos, slides, publications, and assessments—are the intellectual property of AEMPIN or its partners and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may use materials solely for personal learning purposes.
  • Copying, redistributing, or reselling materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
  • Logos, trade names, and trademarks may not be used without authorization.

9. Website Use

When accessing our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to AEMPIN systems or interfere with Site operations;

13. Accreditation and Partner Institutions

AEMPIN is accredited by the Career Schools and Colleges of the Texas Workforce Commission and registered with NASBA as a sponsor of CPE. AEMPIN collaborates with Texas Southern University (TSU) to deliver certification programs. All participants are bound by AEMPIN’s and TSU’s academic and administrative policies.

14. Data Protection and Privacy

15. Termination

AEMPIN may suspend or terminate access to its programs or website without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in activities deemed inappropriate or harmful. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

17. Dispute Resolution

Before resorting to formal legal action, parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through informal communication. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Houston, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.

18. Changes to These Terms

AEMPIN reserves the right to modify or update these Terms periodically. Any material changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
