The Americas Empowerment Institute (AEMPIN), in collaboration with Texas Southern University, is honored to welcome select staff members from the National Communications Authority (NCA), Ghana, to its headquarters in Houston, Texas, USA, as part of a strategic site visit and regulatory development program.
