This Mini-MBA course in Strategic Management and Leadership is designed to equip mid to senior-level professionals with the tools and frameworks necessary to lead effectively, plan strategically, and govern responsibly. This course is designed to explore the concept of strategic management and business decision-making and the tools, mechanisms and best practices that assist in developing better strategic managers and boards of directors. Today’s business environment is influenced by a fluctuating economy, greater scrutiny, and increased regulatory requirements, which create critical challenges and a need for businesses to better position themselves through strategic thinking and sound corporate governance.
The primary focus is on how strategic management defines the vision of where you want to be and determines the path to get you there using a strong corporate governance model to control and direct the organization so that the mission and objectives are fulfilled.
