Course Overview

This course is designed to explore the principles and practices that guide the correct application and delivery of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) governance. ICT Governance is a subset of corporate governance and provides the structure designed to ensure the highest possible levels of efficiency and effectiveness, as well as security, of all ICT assets. The primary focus is on how to develop a strong ICT governance model to control and direct the organization’s management of the ICT framework so that the mission and objectives are fulfilled.

Our goal is to provide a highly interactive and integrative professional development environment where participants discuss and address challenges faced by boards of directors, executives and managers in their current environment as they work to effectively meet strategic objectives, legal and regulatory requirements and policy compliance.
