Course Overview

Utility company’s operators need to collect all of their revenue to help to secure their position as trusted service providers for years to come. Utility firms have failed because of failure of proper revenue collection that leads to proper accountability. AEI Revenue Protection seminar is focused on solutions that address leakage resulting from poor or ineffective processes, technologies, or payment channels for utility items. These include strategies to protect revenue from competitive threats or e-substitution. In this context the objectives of the seminar are:
• To raise awareness of revenue protection issues and cost-effective mitigation technologies
• To help participants to identify sources of leakage and prepare (during the seminar) effective revenue protection plans
