Participants are provided the knowledge and skills needed to identify the key components of effective contract administration and increased understanding on the primary task and critical elements required for successful contract management and control. The traditional FIDIC Forms of Contract and FIDIC guides (currently used worldwide by the construction industry) are discussed as well as best practices common to world-class commercial contracts.

Our goal is to provide Contract Managers with strategic methods and techniques to plan, monitor, track, and improve contract performance throughout the contract life cycle by clarifying the contract manager’s roles and responsibilities, and focusing on skill-building that achieves exceptional service delivery, quality assurance and effective execution.
